Calls to the model openai/whisper-base on DeepInfra stopped working on July 26, 2024.

On July 26, 2024, DeepInfra retired model openai/whisper-base. Requests sent to this model fail after that date. Any application relying on openai/whisper-base is affected by this shutdown.

Move to openai/whisper-large-v3, which is recommended by DeepInfra.
