On July 30, 2026, the model gen3a_turbo was retired on Runway Dev. Requests using model gen3a_turbo fail since that date. Runwayml also discontinued gen4_aleph at the same time.
What to use instead of gen3a_turbo
Upgrade from Gen-3 Alpha Turbo to Gen-4.5 for best quality or Gen-4 Turbo for fastest processing. For Gen-4 Aleph, migrate to Aleph 2.0 ( aleph2 ).

Gen-3 Alpha Turbo ( gen3a_turbo ) and Gen-4 Aleph ( gen4_aleph ) are no longer available on Runway Dev. Requests that use these model identifiers will fail.
