# /nft/v3/{}/getSpamContracts stops working

Calls to /nft/v3/{id}/getSpamContracts on Alchemy API stopped working on September 30, 2026.

On September 30, 2026, Alchemy removed the /nft/v3/{id}/getSpamContracts endpoint as part of sunsetting redundant endpoints. Calls made to /nft/v3/{id}/getSpamContracts fail since that date.

## What to use instead

Call GET /nft/v3/{apiKey}/isSpamContract instead, or read the spam flags returned on getNFTsForOwner and getNFTsForContract.
