App Store Connect API deprecated POST /v1/appPreviewSets without giving a shutdown date yet.

Apple has deprecated the POST /v1/appPreviewSets endpoint without providing a shutdown date. When this removal takes effect, requests to this endpoint will fail. The change applies to calls creating app preview sets in the App Store Connect API.
