App Store Connect API deprecated POST /v1/subscriptionLocalizations without giving a shutdown date yet.

App Store Connect API has deprecated the POST /v1/subscriptionLocalizations endpoint without specifying a shutdown date. Calls made to this endpoint will eventually fail. The change removes the Subscription localizations (v1) resource in favor of an updated resource structure.

## What to use instead

Use POST /v2/subscriptionLocalizations instead, which scopes localizations to a SubscriptionVersion.
