App Store Connect API deprecated /v1/inAppPurchaseLocalizations/{id} without giving a shutdown date yet.

Apple has deprecated the /v1/inAppPurchaseLocalizations/{id} endpoint without a shutdown date. Calls made to this endpoint will eventually fail. App Store Connect API notes that this resource is deprecated in favor of a version that scopes localizations to an InAppPurchaseVersion.

Use /v2/inAppPurchaseLocalizations/{id}, scoped to an InAppPurchaseVersion.
