# Traffic v1 flow stops working

Calls to /traffic/flow/* on Azure Maps stop working on March 31, 2028.

Azure Maps will retire its Traffic v1 service on March 31, 2028. After that day, calls to /traffic/flow/* will fail. Requests must be updated before this date to prevent disruptions.

## What to use instead

Draw traffic flow tiles using Render's GET /map/tile?api-version=2024-04-01 with a microsoft.traffic.flow tileset. Note that Traffic v1 flow segment data has no direct replacement in Traffic 2025-01-01.

Traffic v1 flow segment data has no direct replacement in Traffic 2025-01-01.
