BambooHR API deprecated GET /api/v1/employees/{id}/time_off/policies without giving a shutdown date yet.

BambooHR deprecated GET /api/v1/employees/{id}/time_off/policies on July 8, 2026, without a shutdown date. The endpoint will eventually fail once removed. This change affects any calls targeting the v1 policy endpoint.
