# GET /v2/users/{}/limit stops working

Calls to GET /v2/users/{id}/limit on Brex API stopped working on September 1, 2026.

On September 1, 2026, the GET /v2/users/{id}/limit endpoint was removed from the API. Requests sent to this endpoint now fail. The change disables retrieving spend limit information directly through the user endpoint.

## What to use instead

Manage user spend through the Budgets API spend limits by calling GET /v2/spend_limits or GET /v2/spend_limits/{id} instead.
