# GET /api/v1.2/getPayments is deprecated

Cloudbeds API deprecated GET /api/v1.2/getPayments without giving a shutdown date yet.

On June 1, 2025, Cloudbeds announced the deprecation of GET /api/v1.2/getPayments without providing a shutdown date. Cloudbeds API stated that changes will take effect on December 1st, 2025, after which the affected calls fail.

## What to use instead

Read transactional data using the Accounting API endpoint POST api.cloudbeds.com/accounting/v1.0/transactions with filters including source_kind, source_identifier, and date ranges.
