# connectors on POST /v1/chat is deprecated

Cohere deprecated POST /v1/chat, body parameter connectors without giving a shutdown date yet.

Cohere has deprecated the connectors body parameter on POST /v1/chat without specifying a shutdown date. Requests sending this parameter will eventually fail once the feature is fully removed. This change affects calls to POST /v1/chat that rely on managed connectors.
