# /api/v2/skills* stops working

Calls to /api/v2/skills* on Context7 API stopped working on October 19, 2026.

On October 19, 2026, Context7 API removed the /api/v2/skills* endpoints. Calls to these paths fail since that date. The change decommissioned the Skill Hub API functionality previously used by the platform.

## What to use instead

Upgrade the ctx7 CLI to 0.5.15 or later, and retrieve the find-docs and context7-mcp skills directly from raw GitHub storage at the upstash/context7 repository. Features such as skill search, suggestions, quota, and questions have no replacement.
