Courtlistener has deprecated API endpoints matching /api/rest/v3/* without a shutdown date. Calls made to these endpoints fail as the version is removed. Documentation indicates this applies to v3.15 of the REST API.

Use REST API v4, such as /api/rest/v4/search/, instead.
