# GET /v1/projects/{}/meta is deprecated

Figma REST API deprecated GET /v1/projects/{id}/meta without giving a shutdown date yet.

Figma announced on August 10, 2026, that the GET /v1/projects/{id}/meta endpoint is deprecated without a shutdown date. This change affects requests sent to api.figma.com using that endpoint. Calls will eventually fail once the endpoint is fully removed.

## What to use instead

Use GET /v2/folders/:folder_id/meta instead.
