# POST /v1/oauth/refresh is deprecated

Figma REST API deprecated POST /v1/oauth/refresh without giving a shutdown date yet.

The POST /v1/oauth/refresh endpoint was deprecated on May 16, 2025, without a shutdown date. It continues to be supported for now, but calls to it will eventually fail once removed. This change affects callers of the POST /v1/oauth/refresh endpoint.

## What to use instead

Refresh tokens using POST /v1/oauth/token with grant_type=refresh_token.
