Calls to /v2/* on Greenhouse Harvest API stopped working on August 31, 2026.

On August 31, 2026, the Greenhouse Harvest API retired version 2. Calls to /v2/* fail since that date. Greenhouse Harvest API deprecated the version and removed access entirely.
