Klaviyo API /api/track endpoint removal

Stopped workingSubscribe to Klaviyo APIShare

On June 30, 2024, the /api/track endpoint was removed as part of the retirement of the legacy APIs. Calls sent to this endpoint now fail. Any integrations still directing traffic to /api/track must be updated to avoid broken event tracking.

Calls it hits

  • /api/track

What to use instead of these calls

Send events using POST /api/events for server-side requests with a private key, or use POST /client/events with a public key.

In Klaviyo API's words

v1/v2 legacy APIs retired on June 30, 2024.
