LiveKit Cloud API deprecated POST /twirp/livekit.Egress/StartParticipantEgress without giving a shutdown date yet.

LiveKit Cloud API has deprecated POST /twirp/livekit.Egress/StartParticipantEgress without a shutdown date. LiveKit Cloud API noted that the endpoint will be removed in a future release. Once removed, these calls will fail.

## What to use instead

Call POST /twirp/livekit.Egress/StartEgress with a MediaSource with participant_video instead.
