# Graph API v2.7 is redirected to a newer version

Since October 5, 2018, Meta Graph API answers calls to /v2.7/* from a newer version.

On October 5, 2018, version v2.7 of the API reached retirement. Requests targeting /v2.7/* are no longer served by version v2.7 and are instead redirected to a newer version.

## What to use instead

Call a supported version, such as v26.0. Past this day Meta answers with the oldest version still available.
