# Graph API v7.0 is redirected to a newer version

Since August 4, 2022, Meta Graph API answers calls to /v7.0/* from a newer version.

On August 4, 2022, Meta Graph API retired version v7.0. Requests directed to /v7.0/* are no longer served by that release. Instead of failing, calls to these endpoints are redirected and answered from a newer version.

## What to use instead

Update requests to call a supported version, such as v26.0. Following the retirement date, Meta answers these calls using the oldest version still available.

- API: Meta Graph API (graph.facebook.com)

- Calls it hits: `/v7.0/*`
