# POST /deployments.xml stops working

Calls to POST /deployments.xml on New Relic REST API stop working on July 31, 2027.

On July 31, 2027, the POST /deployments.xml endpoint will reach end of life. After this date, calls to this endpoint will no longer be available and will fail.

## What to use instead

Record deployments using the changeTrackingCreateDeployment mutation in the NerdGraph GraphQL API instead.
