# /v2/alerts_incidents stops working

Calls to /v2/alerts_incidents* on New Relic REST API stop working on July 31, 2027.

On July 31, 2027, calls to /v2/alerts_incidents* reach end of life. After this day, the New Relic REST API endpoint will no longer be available and these requests will fail.

## What to use instead

Read issues through the NerdGraph GraphQL API instead using the NrAiIssue Issues API. Send requests to the GraphQL endpoint, using api.eu.newrelic.com in the EU.
