Noun Project API GET /collections endpoint removal

Deprecated, no dateSubscribe to Noun Project APIShare

Noun Project API has deprecated the GET /collections endpoint without announcing a shutdown date. Existing callers can still reach older endpoints if they previously had access, but the route is no longer updated and calls will eventually fail. The change impacts any integration relying on GET /collections under the older API version.

Calls it hits

  • GET /collections

What to use instead of these calls

Use GET /v2/collection?query= instead, following the instructions in the V2 Migration Guide.

In Noun Project API's words

Our older V1 API endpoints are still accessible if you previously had access. However, they are no longer being updated and we recommend transitioning to using our newer V2 API endpoints instead.
