# /api/v1/apps/{}/users/{} is deprecated

Onesignal deprecated /api/v1/apps/{id}/users/{id} without giving a shutdown date yet.

The /api/v1/apps/{id}/users/{id} endpoint has been deprecated without an announced shutdown date. This change affects requests sent to the legacy user endpoint. Once fully removed, calls to this endpoint fail.

## What to use instead

Use Update User or Delete User by sending requests to the new user endpoints using external_id instead.
