Plaid API deprecated POST /transfer/balance/get without giving a shutdown date yet.

Plaid has deprecated the POST /transfer/balance/get endpoint without announcing a shutdown date. Calls to this endpoint will eventually fail as it is being removed. The deprecation was announced on April 1, 2024, in favor of the Plaid Ledger.
