# Shopify Admin API 2026-07 is redirected to a newer version

From July 16, 2027, Shopify Admin API answers calls to /admin/api/2026-07/* from a newer version.

On July 16, 2027, the Shopify Admin API will retire version 2026-07. Requests sent to /admin/api/2026-07/* will not fail, but Shopify will answer them from a newer version instead.

Call a newer stable version. Past this day Shopify answers with the oldest version still accessible.
