# GET /v1/website/{}/demographics/gender stops working

Calls to GET /v1/website/{id}/demographics/gender on Similarweb API stopped working on January 1, 2025.

On January 1, 2025, the GET /v1/website/{id}/demographics/gender endpoint was removed as part of the sunsetting of Demographics 1.0. Requests made to this endpoint after that date fail because it is no longer available.

## What to use instead

Call Demographics 2.0 using GET /v4/website/{domain}/demographics_v2/gender instead to retrieve desktop and mobile web data together.
