# NBA API v4 is deprecated

Sportradar API deprecated /nba/trial/v4/*, /nba/production/v4/* without giving a shutdown date yet.

Sportradar deprecated the /nba/trial/v4/* endpoints without providing a specific shutdown date. Sportradar API announced the retirement to simplify and modernize its delivery infrastructure. Once retired, calls targeting these endpoints will fail.

## What to use instead

Migrate your calls to the current NBA API version at /nba/trial/v8/..., as Sportradar supports one current and two previous versions.
