# /v1/audio-features* stops working on new apps

Calls to GET /v1/audio-features* on Spotify Web API stopped working on November 27, 2024.

On November 27, 2024, Spotify Web API removed access to GET /v1/audio-features* for new apps. Requests to this endpoint from newly created applications fail, as new use cases can no longer access or use this functionality.

## What to use instead

There is no replacement offered. Applications that already have existing extended mode access keep it.
