# The App Center Test API stops working

Calls to /v0.1/apps/{id}/{id}/test_runs* on Visual Studio App Center API stopped working on March 31, 2025.

On March 31, 2025, the App Center Test API was retired. Calls to /v0.1/apps/{id}/{id}/test_runs* fail, as it is no longer possible to make API calls after that date.

## What to use instead

App Center Test has no API successor, requiring your team to select another device-testing service. Run device tests on another service (Microsoft recommends BrowserStack App Automate) and call its API.
