On August 10, 2026, Wise Platform API deprecated GET /v1/cases/{id}/comments without a shutdown date. Calls made to this endpoint will eventually fail once it is removed.

Use the Cases API of the 2026Q3 global version instead, where GET /cases/{caseId} returns the messages.
