# The Zendesk Sell API stops working

Calls to the Zendesk Sell API stop working on August 31, 2027.

Starting August 31, 2027, Zendesk Sell will be retired, and the API on api.getbase.com will stop working entirely. All requests to the service will fail after this date. Users will maintain full access to the product until the shutdown day.

Move your sales CRM data and integration to another CRM before the retirement. Zendesk retires Sell without a successor API, so choosing a replacement CRM is your team's decision.
