Calls to GET /v2/contact_center/skills/{id}/users/{id} on Zoom API stopped working on August 30, 2024.

On August 30, 2024, the GET /v2/contact_center/skills/{id}/users/{id} endpoint was removed. Calls made to this endpoint fail after that date. The change reached its expected end-of-life as scheduled.
