# The Invoice Adjustment CRUD API is deprecated

Zuora API deprecated /v1/object/invoice-adjustment* without giving a shutdown date yet.

On April 29, 2024, Zuora deprecated the /v1/object/invoice-adjustment* endpoints without a shutdown date. Zuora API added a note for the deprecation of the Invoice Adjustment, Invoice Item Adjustment, and Credit Balance Adjustment features. After shutdown, requests to these endpoints fail.

## What to use instead

Adjust invoices using POST /v1/creditmemos and POST /v1/debitmemos under Invoice Settlement. This migration requires enabling the Invoice Settlement feature on the tenant.

Credit and debit memos need the Invoice Settlement feature enabled on the tenant.
